Ingredients

  • PREPARE THE POOLISH

  • 200ml water

  • 200 gr. flour

  • 5 gr dry yeast

  • 5 gr. honey

  • Rest 1 hour at room temp, then overnight in the fridge.

  • MAKE THE FOCACCIA DOUGH

  • Poolish (All)

  • 60 gr. flour

  • 8 gr, salt
